The snow is here!  This morning when I woke up there was snow blowing around outside the window but it isn’t sticking yet.  Good thing I went for a long bike ride yesterday, it may be one of the last this year (at least in Whistler).

We had our Whistler Real Estate ‘View From Here’ Symposium this weekend.  The reponse from those that attended was that they were able to take away some valuable information.   We had the president of Whistler Real Estate give us an overall picture of the market this year as well great presentations from an investment councillor, Whistler Blackcomb, VANOC and the Municipality of Whistler.  Overall, market conditions appear to be re-covering although there are is still great value in the marketplace.  Everyone is excited for the Olympics as the final pieces of the puzzle are falling into place.
